Heřmanický pivovar

Heřmanický Brewery is a craft microbrewery in Ostrava-Heřmanice, brewing traditional Czech unfiltered and unpasteurised lagers and beer specials.

Taste our lagers and beer specials, order beer to take away or join us for a brewery tour with beer tasting.

Our passion for beer led us to found our own brewery, which produces the exceptional Heřmanické pivo. We try to avoid anonymous beers from large warehouses and instead brew beer with a stamp of originality, created by human hands, the old-fashioned way, honestly, without marketing tricks and chemicals, signed by a brewer who is made of flesh and blood and guarantees his work with his reputation and his life before the beer god.

How we brew Heřmanické beer

How we brew our beer

We brew Heřmanické beer traditionally, without taking shortcuts. We give every batch the time it deserves – from nine hours of brewing, through fermentation, to several weeks of maturation. We use Czech malt, Žatec hops and water from the Kružberk reservoir. The result is authentic, unfiltered and unpasteurised beer.
